Hunger Games: Likes and Dislikes
Likes
- The Reaping Scene. It was so well done, I couldn’t breathe. They captured the intensity of it so well…
- Katniss and her Mother. She is one stone cold bitch.
- EVERYTHING ABOUT EFFIE.
- EVERYTHING ABOUT CINNA.
- Seneca Crane’s BEARD. UNF.
- The Training Center, especially with Clove and Cato goin’ at it. I ship them so hard.
- The Countdown. Again, another intense scene that I couldn’t breathe in.
- Katniss going face first into Foxface. Then the awkward pause right after.
- The Trackerjacker scene.
- Foxface just going all like “lol fack yew district 3 boy” when she was stealing supplies.
- Thresh killing Clove. I thought that was hilarious.
- Cato declaring his love for Clove… I cried a bit inside.
Dislikes
- Okay, Buttercup isn’t black, she’s supposed to be yellow. It’s not that hard to find a yellow cat, omg.
- Gale’s dialog was way too corny.
- idgaf about Prim. She was a little whiny bitch, ferreal.
- Peeta has small ears…
- Haymitch wasn’t anywhere near as snarky as he needed to be.
- Marvel didn’t get enough screen time…
- The development of Katniss and Rue’s relationship. I wanted to cry so badly when she died, but I didn’t really care…
- The Cave scene was just “eh”. Then again, I didn’t like it that much in the book either.
- The mutts weren’t the tributes, which was kinda disappointing.
- Peeta still has a leg. wtf, I wanted him to be pegleg.
- Why was Katniss the only one who got a crown!?
- Where was Katniss saying “It was all for the games”? That part is so crucial to the character development of Peeniss. :/
Final Verdict: It was a good movie, but as always, the book is tons better…
